We offer flat rate fees, payment plans, and sliding scale fees based on what you can afford to pay

Our philosophy at The Law Offices of Morgan Fletcher Benfield PLLC is that you should always know the total expense of your case, and everyone should have access to top notch criminal defense.  Many lawyers charge a trial fee on top of what they charge for handling the other hearings.  We never do that.  You will always know exactly what the expense will be, and everything that you need for your charge will be included in that expense.  

We offer sliding scale fees and payment plans, in order to make sure that hardworking people don't have to choose between their livelihood and their freedom.  Very often, it's the people that don't qualify for a public defender, but also cant afford a private attorney, that are hit the hardest by the legal system.  Our sliding scale payments and payment plans provide some relief.

DUI

The fee for DUI, including the DOL hearing and all criminal hearings up to and including trial ranges from $1600 to $3500.  This is based on the facts of your case as well as your ability to pay.  With sliding scale and payment plans, your monthly payment can be as low as $400. 

Other Criminal Charges
